excellent breakfast clean room helpful staff
The breakfast was excellent. the room and hallways were very clean. the staff was helpful. i noticed a nice walking path nearby. parking cost €10 each day.

limited variety inconvenient access
i found the lack of direct access from the lobby to the parking lot quite inconvenient. i had to walk around the entire building to get to my car. the breakfast selection was also rather limited. it lacked variety and did not cater to different dietary needs.

i found a convenient parking slot nearby. all staff were nice and very helpful. the check-in process was easy and quick. the room felt very clean and fresh.

a tram stop sits just next to the hotel, awesome for fast travel into the city center. a kaufland supermarket is very close by too.

missing kettle limited service
The room was clean, acceptable.
I was disappointed that the room lacked basic amenities like a kettle. I missed my morning tea. the front desk service was not available 24 hours a day, made late-night inquiries impossible. The limited hours created an inconvenient situation for me.
